About AFPI Primary Healthcare Leadership Fellowship

The Primary Care Leadership Fellowship is a post-graduate training program designed to impart post-graduate level capacity strengthening for medical officers practicing in underserved communities across India. We hope to help primary care physicians to realize their potential as community leaders and in providing patient-centered and evidence-based comprehensive primary care to their communities.

Fellowship Program Impact

Over 3 cohorts – 50 healthcare workers impacted through work ethic and renewed leadership. Communities covering population size of 75,000 benefitted indirectly.
